Key Responsibilities of the RN – CVICU – Travel
- Provide care to immediate post-operative cardiac surgery patients, including ECMO, Centrimags, and HM3 LVADS
- Perform central line insertion, swan insertion, intubations, etc.
- Monitor and manage patients requiring PA catheter/hemodynamic monitoring
Requirements of the RN – CVICU – Travel
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical care experience, including previous CVICU experience
- Advanced skills with PA catheter, IABP, Impella, and CRRT are preferred
