RN Unit Manager Position Summary
As a RN Unit Manager at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
Perform other assigned duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
RN Unit Manager Requirements
Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee
Current CPR/BLS Certification
