Required qualifications include a current Tennessee or Compact RN license, at least one year of recent emergency department nursing experience, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications are required. Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, crisis management, and teamwork.
