Option Care Health in the United States is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and continuity of care under a physician’s plan.
You will initiate and adjust treatment plans, educate patients and families, document care in real time, and coordinate with the clinical team. A valid RN license in the state of practice and CPR certification are required; BSN preferred.
