We are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in High Risk Obstetrics to provide exceptional patient care in our high acuity antepartum unit. The role requires extensive experience in labor and delivery settings, specifically with high-risk patients, and involves management of complex cases including circulation during c-sections and administration of magnesium drips.
ScheduleThis is a 13-week contract position, with shifts scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients.
- Assist in labor and delivery, including circulating c-sections.
- Administer magnesium drips and provide gyn care as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities effectively using the provided documentation system.
- Active RN License.
- ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications are mandatory.
- Experience in high-risk antepartum, labor and delivery, and managing c-sections.
- Ability to manage magnesium drips effectively.
