Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics is looking for a compassionate, experienced, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team!
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys working directly with patients and physicians in a fast-paced orthopedic and sports medicine environment.
What You’ll DoProvide clinical support to physicians and patients throughout the care process
Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments
Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
Perform blood draws and lab testing as directed
Prepare and administer injections within your scope of practice
Triage patient calls and assess patient needs
Communicate patient concerns and clinical information to providers
Provide patient education and post-procedure instructions
Schedule diagnostic testing, referrals, follow-up appointments, and procedures
Assist with surgery scheduling and pre-certification
Coordinate patient care with physical therapy and other members of the care team
Fit and educate patients on the use of prescribed DMEDocument patient care and communications accurately in the medical record
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment

Current Tennessee RN License – Required Previous clinical experience preferred
Orthopedic, sports medicine, surgical, or outpatient experience is a plus Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Comfortable performing phlebotomy and administering injections
Experience with EMR systems preferred
Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
