  Description:
  
  Charge nurse/CNC on each shift with unit secretary when available.
• Documentation System:
  Connect, Expanse
• Scheduling Requirements: 3 weekend shifts per schedule
• Floating Policy:
  Must be willing to float to OBED, Mother Baby, and Labor & Delivery units.
• Patient Experience Requirements:
  Must be able to circulate in c-sections; experience in labor and delivery; familiarity with magnesium drips; gynecological experience is a plus.

  Skills:
  
  High risk antepartum experience, labor and delivery experience, c-section experience, and magnesium drip management.
• Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN.
• Procedures Performed on Unit: C-sections, bereavement care, vaginal deliveries.
• Advanced Skills Needed: ACLS, NRP, AWHONN.

Required uniform:
Navy blue, seal blue, or grey scrubs.
