Nurse Analyst

The Assistant Nurse Manager is a non-clinical role that supports the Clinical Director and nursing team through operational coordination, staff management, quality improvement initiatives, platform testing, training, and administrative functions. This position is ideal for an organized, people-oriented nursing professional with strong communication and leadership skills.

• Serve as an assistant to the Clinical Director.
• Provide support and guidance to nursing staff on operational processes.
• Assist with nurse management, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.
• Participate in platform testing and workflow improvements.
• Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
• Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping review.
• Coordinate communication between leadership and nursing staff.
• Track projects, reports, performance metrics, and department priorities.
• Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed.

• Nursing knowledge and an understanding of healthcare operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare technology platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or nurse management experience is preferred.
