Tri Star Health seeks a Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse Manager to lead a high-acuity med-surg oncology unit. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring RNs, implementing quality and safety initiatives, managing budgets, and supporting accreditation standards. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes, champion patient-first culture, and drive continuous improvement.

- Oversee daily operations of the medical surgical oncology unit
- Supervise, schedule, and develop nursing staff and support personnel
- Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, patient-centered oncology and med-surg care
- Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams on care planning
- Monitor unit performance metrics and implement action plans
- Manage unit budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and hospital policies
- Foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning
