Travel Nurse – Med Surg Atlanta, GA

We are seeking an experienced RN – Med Surg for a travel nursing role in Atlanta, Georgia.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work 36 hours weekly in 13-hour shifts.
• Perform focused patient reassessments and escalates concerns appropriately.
• Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates.
• Assess patient status and respond to changes per clinical protocols.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and progress in medical records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with patient care documentation.
