Registered Nurse – Outpatient – Primary Care – Riley Pediatrics – Fishers

We are seeking an RN to support our Riley Pediatrics primary care team. This role focuses on clinical support, triage, and medication refill management across multiple pediatric pools. The RN will primarily support our Allisonville, East, and South pediatric locations while working remotely after onsite onboarding. This is a Monday through Friday position with hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, depending on lunch schedule), with no weekends or holidays required.

We are seeking an experienced RN, with pediatric experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to pediatric patients and collaborating with a dynamic, team-oriented practice dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN);
  Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions:
  Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
