Vanderbilt Health’s VPH Adult II Program is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to apply the nursing process, educate patients and families, and coordinate care across the continuum. The role emphasizes collaboration with the healthcare team to set goals and evaluate outcomes.
Shifts are four 8-hour blocks weekly (3:00p–11:00p), totaling 32 hours with some weekends; a 16-bed unit serves geriatric and dementia patients, with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio.
