Job Order in Connection with H-2B Application:
Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking twelve (12) Landscaper positions for full‑time, peak‑load temporary employment from 03/15/2026 to 12/15/2026.
Position based at 1103 Bell Grimes Lane, Nashville, TN 37207. Workers will service clients within the Nashville‑Davidson‑Murfreesboro‑Franklin TN area as well as Clarksville, TN‑KY counties (Robertson, Montgomery, Cheatham, Summer, and Davidson). Employer provides transportation to and from all worksites.
Responsibilities- Operate hand/power tools and equipment such as sod cutters, shovels, loppers, wheelbarrows, pressure washers, pole saws, quickie saws, and chainsaws.
- Mow grass and maintain lawns on highways, roads, and frontage roads.
- Build and maintain gardens, outdoor landscapes, mulch beds, trees, and plants.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, filling, tamping holes, trimming trees, ornamentals, brush, and overgrown hedges.
- Maintain drainage systems by shoveling material out of ditch lines and clearing debris from roadside drainage structures.
- Operate vehicles or powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin‑axle vehicles, snow blowers, electric clippers, and pruning saws.
- Care for established lawns through mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, and trimming or edging flower beds, walkways, and walls.
- Must work flexible 10‑hour shifts from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying climate patterns.
- Three (3) months of mowing or landscaping experience is a plus.
- Must pass an employer‑paid pre‑employment, post‑employment, and random 10‑panel drug test.
- Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
- Daily travel to worksites is required.
- Work 40 hours per week from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday.
