$12/hr on w2

Responsible for the maintenance, care, and improvement of campus grounds and landscapes. Duties include mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and removing debris. The role also involves operating groundskeeping equipment, performing minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs, and ensuring facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns, flower beds, trees, and shrubs
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools
- Remove debris, snow, and ice; spread salt as needed
- Perform minor repairs on fences, irrigation systems, and walkways
- Assist with event setup and facility maintenance
- Follow safety regulations and report any hazards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of grounds maintenance or related labor experience
- Knowledge of landscaping tools, safety procedures, and basic repairs
