As a Quality Engineer at QLS, you will support supplier quality initiatives by guiding clients through PPAP, APQP, and corrective action processes. You will serve as a technical liaison between OEMs and their suppliers, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Back to All Positions

Responsibilities
  • Lead PPAP and APQP activities for new and existing programs
  • Conduct root cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why, and fishbone methods
  • Develop and review control plans, PFMEAs, and inspection procedures
  • Support on-site and remote quality audits at supplier and OEM facilities
  • Provide technical guidance to Quality Technicians in the field
  • Prepare reports and present findings to clients and internal leadership
