TITLE

Quality Engineer

A specialized manufacturer of large aluminum parts and assemblies in Nashville, Tennessee is hiring a Quality Engineer to lead its nondestructive testing (NDT) program. This role owns Level III oversight, including certification management, procedure development, and personnel qualification, ensuring every part meets strict quality standards. You’ll join a focused, single-product factory known for consistent processes and dependable performance.

• Hold an ASNT Level III or NAS 410 certification in Liquid Penetrant and/or Eddy Current, or have equivalent on-the-job training under NAS 410/NDT 1052.
• Are comfortable developing training materials and administering written, practical, and visual acuity exams.
• Stay organized and detail-focused when maintaining certification records and preparing for audits.
