LILT seeks a contractor to support a Chichewa speech-to-text project. You will work on existing audio (no new recordings) for a 2-3 month period at 20-30 hours per week, tagging PII and non-speech events, reviewing and correcting auto transcripts, and providing QC feedback.
Native Chichewa proficiency and transcription or linguistic annotation experience are required; a linguistics or translation background is ideal for this role.
