This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant, based in Nashville, TN. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with property tours, answering inquiries, managing lease applications, and ensuring a positive experience for current and potential tenants. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with residents, meeting occupancy goals, processing leasing documentation, and contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.

• Proven ability in customer service, relationship-building, and resident satisfaction
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management
• Proficiency with leasing software and basic computer skills
• Sales, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities
• A professional attitude and adaptability to manage responsibilities on-site
• Previous experience in property management or leasing is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate, marketing, or business is considered favorable
