This 262‑unit property features spacious 1–3 bedroom homes with modern finishes, attached garages, private patios/balconies, a resort-style pool, 24‑hour fitness center, playground, car care center, and an onsite coworking space designed for today’s remote‑working residents, all set against the backdrop of a city known for its thriving downtown, scenic Greenway trails, and welcoming community atmosphere.

As Property Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated onsite team, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and help shape life at a community built for comfort, connection, and convenience.

• Minimum three (3) years of Property Manager or related experience required.
• Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience preferred.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) is preferred.
• Entrata Core experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.

• Managing and overseeing overall operations of the property, including maintenance and office functions.
• Regularly communicating with residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Effectively leading the property team to ensure efficient property operations on all levels.
• Responsible for managing cost control and revenue programs, developing annual operating budgets, and developing strategic sales and marketing plans.
