Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That’s why all of our team members work on‑site under the same roof. What You’d Do in This Role:
- Lead end-to-end research projects—from stakeholder kickoff through survey design, fielding, analysis, and final presentation
- Partner directly with business units to understand their goals and design research that delivers high‑impact, decision‑driving insights
- Manage a high‑volume research request pipeline, prioritizing projects based on business value, resourcing, and strategic alignment
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative studies using tools like Qualtrics, and support experimentation (e.g., A/B tests) as needed
- Present research findings through compelling storytelling, turning data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely with teammates on survey design, analysis, peer reviews, and joint presentations
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to a collaborative, feedback‑rich team culture
- Help build foundational team infrastructure, including a research participant panel and a transparent project management system (e.g., Airtable timelines)
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have 4+ years of experience in quantitative research, with hands‑on skills in survey platforms like Qualtrics or similar tools.
- You know how to write strong surveys, analyze data statistically, and synthesize insights that drive action.
- You’re confident working across disciplines—leading user interviews, moderating focus groups, or supporting A/B testing and experimentation (Optimizely experience is a plus).
- You’re a strong communicator who can translate findings into compelling stories that resonate with stakeholders and executives.
- You’re comfortable managing competing priorities, coordinating with cross‑functional partners, and supporting the professional development of your teammates.
