Manthey Hospitality is hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee culinary operations for Nashville Riverboats aboard The Capitol. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive maritime environment serving dining cruises, weddings, and private events.

Nashville Riverboats delivers unforgettable sightseeing cruises, dining experiences, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one‑of‑a‑kind experiences.

• Lead galley operations during high‑volume cruise service
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely execution
• Supervise and schedule culinary staff
• Manage ordering, inventory (FIFO), and cost control
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and maritime compliance

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience preferred
• Strong leadership in high-volume service environments
• Ability to manage multiple menus within tight timelines
• Serv Safe certified (or able to obtain)
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Comfortable working aboard moving vessels with small kitchens
