Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience;
Lead departments and systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, report results;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, train service staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru;
Ensure the restaurant delivers quality food, is safe, and food costs are controlled, with trained production procedures;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and motivate them throughout their time
