You have several years of experience in hotel restaurants and may have worked in Michelin Star or James Beard Award winning restaurants. You know what luxury is and how to train others to provide that level of service. You also have a passion for the business side of the industry and enjoy managing for financial results.

You will manage the daily operations of Food and Beverage experiences. You will complete administrative tasks assigned to you to ensure proper restaurant business function and put your staff in a position to truly inspire and make a difference. In addition, there are days when you will hop in to helpsass a server, run food, bus a table when the restaurant is busy.

Other times, you will be truly managing, ensuring our guests are departing with smiles, remembering the experience they just had, and staff has the support and confidence they need to perform at an unparalleled level.
