• Prepping your station with all necessary supplies and making sure it's always well-stocked
• Chopping, dicing, and slicing ingredients in readiness for service
• Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen in cooking up menu items
• Adhering to executive or sous chef’s instructions
• Keeping your station spotless and managing leftover food
• Making sure dishes are served in a timely fashion without compromising on quality
• Adhering to nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards
• Engaging positively and professionally with coworkers and customers

• Documented cooking experience
• Deep knowledge of different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to execute assigned tasks accurately and quickly
• Familiarity with industry's best practices
