Café Cashier​/Team Member – Andrew & Rachel’s Cafe

Andrew & Rachel’sCafé, located at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage, is seeking energetic, reliable, and guest-focused team members to help deliver an exceptional café experience inside one of Nashville’s most iconic historic destinations. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy hospitality, coffee shop environments, light food preparation, and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately
• Prepare and servecoffeeand alcoholic beverages, sandwiches, salads, andotherlight menu items
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Restock food, beverage, and retail items as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members across the organization and leadership
• Support café operations during special events, public programs, and private rentals as dictated by the organizational events calendar

• Occasional evenings and holidays
• Full-Time: 30–35hours per week
• Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week

• Café, coffee shop, restaurant,bar,retail, or hospitality experience
• ABC card (or willingness to obtain after hire –assistance provided)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
