At Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, the Part Time Pool Bartender elevates the Rooftop & Pool guest experience through expert beverage knowledge, exceptional service, and engaging hospitality. This role brings the poolside environment to life by crafting high‑quality cocktails and creating memorable guest interactions.

• Prepare and serve a full range of wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards.
• Take orders and confirm guest requests using the hotel's point‑of‑sale system, ensuring accuracy and proper follow‑through.
• Provide attentive bar service by offering engaging descriptions of beverage ingredients, origins, flavor profiles, and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs, gauge satisfaction, and respond promptly and professionally to questions or concerns.
• Accurately close checks, process cash and credit card payments, and ensure all voids or complimentary items are properly handled.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, supporting inventory tasks and product replenishment.
• Prepare garnishes, cut fruit, and support small food service needs for bar guests.
• Uphold Four Seasons Work Rules, Standards of Conduct, and collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and leaders.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of bartending or related hospitality experience.
• Strong ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of beverages with consistency and accuracy.
• Proficiency in processing payments and handling point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English.
• A genuine passion for delivering warm, anticipatory, luxury‑level service.

• Part‑time position
• At least two eight‑hour shifts per week; schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
