Butter Milk Ranch is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, maintains a high standard of quality, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves creating dishes based on our chef's specifications, prepping ingredients, and maintaining a clean, efficient cooking station.
Responsibilities- Prepare dishes in accordance with chef's specifications, ensuring consistent quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized cooking station, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Prep daily mise en place, setting up your station for success.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation standards to guarantee guest safety.
- Cooperate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with standard kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of cooking techniques and methods.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Food handler's certification, or ability to obtain one.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
