Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashville, TN, for an Executive Catering Chef. The responsibilities include planning and preparing high-quality menus, managing all aspects of food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining kitchen efficiency and safety. The Executive Catering Chef will ensure the seamless execution of catering events and uphold the company’s commitment to excellence in both culinary and customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Preparation, Cooking, and high-quality Food Service
- Strong Culinary Skills and a creative approach to menu development
- Proficiency in Culinary Management, including directing kitchen operations and staff
- Ability to maintain high standards in food safety and sanitary practices
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team leadership and collaboration skills
- Formal culinary training required
- Prior experience in catering or event management is a plus
