• Students will be assigned to a core team — Inventory, Marketing, Customer Experience, or Finance — and take ownership of key aspects of running the store under mentorship and guidance.
• Manage inventory levels, vendor communication, and product restocking.
• Coordinate marketing efforts including social media, promotions, and store branding.
• Deliver excellent customer experience through hospitality and product storytelling.
• Track sales data and assist with financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Support daily store operations including opening, closing, and in-store setup.
• Assist with administrative tasks, event prep, and communication as needed.

• Friendly, proactive communicator
• Self-starter with strong initiative
• Interest in entrepreneurship, food service, or customer experience
• Must attend Monday 10am staff meetings

Must be currently enrolled as a student at Belmont University.

Entrepreneurial interest required. Retail or hospitality experience preferred. Food safety knowledge or Serv Safe certification is a plus.
