The Showroom Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving showroom sales. This position focuses on building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively presenting products to support sales growth.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist clients, identify needs, and recommend products and design solutions.
- Conduct showroom tours and product presentations for new and existing clients.
- Manage customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Enter and track customer orders; provide updates on order status, payment, and delivery.
- Follow up on orders using reserve reports and maintain regular client communication.
- Build strong product knowledge through daily selling and ongoing training.
- Collaborate with showroom team and manager on client outreach and sales initiatives.
- Assist with new collection rotations and showroom upkeep.
- High School Diploma required.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail, showroom, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using sales systems and technology.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the showroom for extended periods.
