We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $13.00 to $16.00, along with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction processed. Our associates can earn up to 8% commission on transactions, which could add approximately $1.80 per hour to your base pay.

Position Summary:

We are seeking full-time, entry-level Retail Sales Associates for our nationwide pawn store locations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining merchandise displays, and providing excellent customer service. The role offers an hourly wage plus commission, with potential earnings based on productivity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification if required.
• Minimum age of 18, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong customer service orientation.
• Basic math skills, cash handling experience preferred, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
