Position
Stylist Key Holder
Responsibilities Sales Generation- Consistently motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
- Support the Store Manager in meeting total store goals and KPIs.
- Educate the sales team on the store sales plan, personal sales goals, and store statistics, and motivate them to achieve those goals.
- Lead by example on the sales floor and reach individual sales targets.
- Create a customer‑service focused environment by consistently exhibiting best practices.
- Demonstrate sales leadership with high energy, actively engaging on the sales floor and coaching associates on clienteling processes.
- Develop a strong knowledge of company history, brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle, effectively communicating this to the team and customers.
- Communicate detailed product knowledge—sizing, materials, construction, inventory levels, and sales trends—to assist customers.
- Handle escalated customer‑service issues or concerns.
- Assist with customer‑service related projects as directed by the Store Manager.
- Coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
- Ensure all team members comply with company policy and procedures, escalating violations to the Store Manager.
- Participate in training new associates on policy, history, brand aesthetic, products, and customer‑service standards.
- Act as a role model by consistently demonstrating best practices.
- Recognize exceptional performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to foster growth.
- Partner with the Store Manager to develop and train internal talent.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including register fund counting, deposits, and securing the store.
- Process all POS transactions—sales, returns, exchanges—quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Maintain the sales floor to meet merchandising, visual presentation, and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure display products are in good condition and properly marked.
- Follow merchandise and store security policies to minimize loss‑prevention risks.
- Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm when communicating with clients, peers, management, and corporate partners.
- Participate in the weekly Manager’s conference call as required.
- Communicate sales reports according to company procedures.
- 2–3 years of retail sales experience.
- Proven track record of sales generation and customer service.
- Interest in fashion and trend awareness.
- Strong computer skills—proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
$26.00–30.00 per hour
