Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics; Mall at Green Hills - Nashville, TN

Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate Part‑Time Sales Lead for our location at The Mall at Green Hills in Nashville, TN.

Step into the role of Sales Lead and take charge of delivering an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting both Sales & Operations. You will leverage cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores.

• Collaborate with a driven Store Manager, dedicated leaders, and a passionate team of associates to exceed KPIs and propel the business to new heights.
• Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on fabric, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment, including store events & promotions and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations such as Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat.
• Work in coordination with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Actively participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required; boxes may weigh 10‑30 lbs.

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, multi‑tasker, sets priorities, works well under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that require constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
