Creative Retail in East Nashville

Ourhandmade jewelry studio is seeking a creative individual to join our team and help us in our retail shop.

We need someone who can do a little bit of everything retail! Essentially: pack orders, answer emails, add products to Shopify, write product descriptions, work in our retail store, and jump in wherever needed! We have a lot of fun at work, but we also work very hard. Our ideal candidate will have a creative background, be familiar with Macs and Shopify, have a great attitude, and appreciate an uplifting feminist environment.

• have great attention to detail
• are skilled at interacting with customers and helping them feel welcome in our shop
• have used Shopify or related online markets
• quickly learn how to use ever‑changing software
• have retail experience (keyholder/leadership experience a bonus!)
• communicate well with customers in person or on the phone
• have the physical stamina required in a busy shop

• $15-$17/hour starting pay, based on experience

• FULL TIME- we have very specific days to fill; please read:
  Must be able to work Saturday (9:30-5:00), Sunday (10:30-4), Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday (9:30-5:30).
