Implement all company and division policies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the Floral department. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, and diversity. Manage floral installations for large events, ranging from informal bouquets to 200‑person galas.

Salary: $25.00 hourly;
Full‑time.

Responsible for the creative planning, design, and execution of weddings and special events. Blend artistic vision with operational execution to deliver unique, memorable experiences.

Assist with event design and setup for an experienced florist firm. Responsibilities include flower design, processing, and preparation for events.

Salary: $14.00–$18.00 hourly;
Full‑time.

Maintain full knowledge of Teleflora product lines, services, systems, and technology. Utilize internal sales tools, systems, and data to maximize sales to customers.

Source, purchase, and manage fresh‑cut flowers, plants, and floral supplies to meet the company’s sales and quality goals. Ensure consistent product quality, availability, and cost control.

Salary: $17.00 hourly;
Part‑time.

Maintain and ensure cleanliness of a luxury wedding venue, including wedding suites and event spaces.
