Provide personalized lingerie sales and expert bra fittings in a store environment while engaging customers through digital channels. • Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with personalized service and honest feedback.
• Achieve sales goals using in-store and digital tools such as texting and social media.
• Support merchandising and operations by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Participate in product and skills training to maintain current fashion and product knowledge.
• Perform physical tasks including frequent bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
