Role: Merchandiser responsible for servicing multiple stores, primarily focusing on product merchandising, replenishing stock, and maintaining store standards.
Key Duties- Effectively merchandise products following store and corporate standards.
- Replenish and assemble shelves, racks, and display cases.
- Service scheduled stores, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Accurately record work hours and activities using designated applications.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding duties, schedule changes, or overtime.
- Develop positive relationships with store personnel.
- Follow planograms, flowcharts, and store guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and professional in conduct.
- Reliable transportation and proficiency with mobile devices, Word, internet, and email.
- Experience in merchandising preferred but not required.
- Adherence to attendance policies and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., squat, kneel, and handle objects manually.
- Must pass background checks, drug tests, and MVR clearance.
- Travel up to 100% of the time within the service area.
