Boutique Operations Associate

Summary

The Boutique Operations Associate supports boutique operational excellence by managing inventory, systems, and standard operating procedures to ensure a seamless client experience. This in-store role partners with boutique leadership to maintain stock accuracy, visual standards, and daily retail operations. The associate will serve as an operational resource across the team and contribute to omni-channel service delivery.

• Uphold operational standards and be the subject-matter expert on SOPs, systems, and tools for the boutique team
• Support daily operations including opening/closing registers, receiving and shipping product, handling damages, and restocking
• Manage inventory processes, maintain organized stock storage, and record received stock into systems
  
  Partner with management to execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory
• Maintain brand image, hygiene, and visual merchandising requirements to support client experience

• 3+ years of related retail operations experience
• Ability to move items up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks related to receiving and stocking
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in fragrance & beauty preferred; passion for the brand and client service mindset
