Summary

As a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor, you are the CHANEL brand ambassador delivering personalized luxury client experiences in-store. You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through product knowledge and the CHANEL service ritual, and support a seamless omni-channel customer journey. This full-time, in-person role is based in the Nashville boutique.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior, personalized service to every client using CHANEL service standards.
• Deepen client relationships and loyalty through one-to-one connections and follow-up.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting products, services, and capturing client data.
• Attend trainings and implement learnings from seasonal seminars and the Inside Beauty learning app.
• Support omni-channel client needs to ensure a seamless in-store to online experience.
• Address and resolve client situations following company philosophy and partner with appropriate teams as needed.
• Present product demonstrations and involve clients in events and in-store experiences.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area and follow Visual Merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• Service-oriented with strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as an enthusiastic team player and communicate regularly with managers.
• Flexible and adaptable to scheduling changes and new direction.
• Passion for CHANEL beauty and fragrance, with curiosity and desire to learn and grow.
• Artistry skills and direct brand or beauty experience preferred; foreign language skills a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
