The Parking Service Technician is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle services, maintaining parking facilities, ensuring safety and security by patrolling parking lots and garages, directing traffic, and keeping parking areas orderly and clean.

• Operating company vehicles in accordance with all safety guidelines, airport regulations, and company policies.
• Provide assistance to parkers with disabled vehicles, including jump starts, inflating flat tires, and lockouts.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lots, garages, and surrounding areas by removing debris and monitoring trash receptacles.
• Assist with traffic direction, curb management, and parking enforcement to optimize space utilization.
• Set up and maintain barricades, signage, and restricted parking zones as needed.
• Perform minor repairs on PARCS (Parking Access and Revenue Control System) equipment, including loading tickets, un-jamming devices, and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Report facility maintenance and repair needs to parking management.
• Complete and maintain daily operational checklists and reports.
• Promote effective and professional communication with the team members and managers.
• Be in correct LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled.
• Work with and without supervision and follow directions of supervisors when requests are made.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
