The Seasonal Retail Stock team member supports store operations by processing merchandise and customer orders. The role helps maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities- Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
- Fulfill, prepare, and ship customer orders according to quality standards.
- Use inventory systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
- Maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms, and assist with store events, markdowns, and fixture moves.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and use technology and computer applications.
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Meet the physical requirements, including frequent movement, bending, reaching, and lifting merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
