As a Field Sales Representative with Vanguard Cleaning Systems, you’ll be the trusted face of Vanguard in the field. In this fast-growing and opportunity-rich region, you’ll build lasting client relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and uncover new paths for growth.

What you'll do- Expand the Business: Proactively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
- Build Tailored Solutions: Engage prospects in discovery conversations to understand their needs and present customized solutions.
- Nurture the Pipeline: Manage and advance leads through each stage of the sales process, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely progression to close.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with Business Development and Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Bring Market Insight: Stay aware of trends and competitor activity, helping Vanguard adapt and grow.
- Keep It Organized: Maintain accurate records of activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, ideally within commercial cleaning, facilities, or service industries.
- Relationship builder with excellent customer service skills and a track record of retention and loyalty.
- Polished communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Independent achiever who can manage a territory while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Tech confident with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Competitive compensation awaits successful candidates, with on-target earnings ranging from $105,000 to $140,000 based on performance. The comprehensive benefits package includes:
