We are seeking an experienced, revenue-producing Senior Freight Broker to join a high-performing logistics team. This role is ideal for brokers with an established book of business, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to consistently move freight profitably. Responsibilities- Manage and expand your existing book of business with shippers and carriers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships within your networks
- Source, negotiate, and secure freight opportunities daily
- Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments
- Monitor active loads and proactively communicate updates
- Grow and maintain a dependable carrier base
- Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and communication logs
- Quickly resolve transit issues to maintain service quality
- Drive consistent revenue growth and exceed monthly sales and margin targets
- 2+ years of proven Freight Broker experience with an active book of business
- Track record of generating $6K–$10K+ net revenue per week
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience using load boards, TMS platforms, and freight-matching tools
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth and profitability
