The Role

Position: Account Manager, Music Clubs teams. Build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and add value. Develop and implement strategic account plans, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to business growth.

What you will do
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Music Clubs client accounts, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and resulting contract renewals.
  • Facilitate collaboration among company personnel (support, service, and management) to achieve account performance goals and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage the Music Clubs client database by entering and updating information and tracking target dates.
  • Lead solution development efforts that address client needs while coordinating involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to Music Clubs clients at all levels of the client’s organization.
  • Advise and educate Music Clubs clients to ensure understanding and adoption of all AXS products.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to manage AXS brand activation in partnership with clients.
  • Understand, maintain, and regularly report client health and business objective metrics.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in account management or a related field (preferably within ticketing or Live Entertainment).
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and platforms to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in database management and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with the entertainment industry and AXS products is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay Scale: $75,000–$80,000

Bonus: Eligible under the current bonus plan.

Benefits: Comprehensive health (medical, dental, vision), paid holidays, vacation and sick time, life insurance, parental leave, 401(k) with employer match (3%), flexible spending and health savings accounts, wellness offerings. Benefits for full-time employees start on day one of employment.

Travel and visa: No visa sponsorship for this position is provided. Travel up to 30% may be required.
