This position requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
Duties & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with delivered products or services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Business Development
• Identify and pursue prospective clients using a variety of channels including cold outreach, networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Research potential clients and their industries to understand challenges and propose tailored solutions.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through effective pipeline management, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts that define scope, pricing, and terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams-such as marketing, product, and customer support-to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Market & Competitor Analysis
• Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities, sharing insights with leadership.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
• Analyze sales performance data and generate reports to evaluate and improve sales strategy effectiveness.
Sales Forecasting & Planning
• Develop comprehensive sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Forecast revenue projections, monitor progress toward targets, and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Provide routine sales reports, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and account updates.

Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in an Account Executive or similar client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge working within telecommunications, IT infrastructure, or related
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, or events as needed.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
