WHAT YOU WILL DOWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing ISR to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in responding to inbound inquiries and outbound leads. You ll support marketing campaigns, collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams, and help drive company growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Generate leads through inbound phone calls, website forms, email campaigns and outbound cold calls.
- Respond promptly to all inbound leads, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and assign them to the appropriate sales team members using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure lead generation effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services to communicate effectively with potential customers.
- May have to lift up to 25-30 pounds on occasion.
- May work in an environment where hazards are present.
- Requires frequent hand use for typing, operating the phone, handling materials, and other job-related tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented, self-directed, and analytical.
- Professionalism, adaptability, and integrity.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
