Description
Jet Right is looking for a driven Outside Sales Specialist to grow new business and build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients in the greater Nashville area. This is a true hunter role for someone who thrives on outbound sales, networking, and delivering a premium client experience.
What You’ll Do- Prospect, develop, and close new business with affluent individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and local events
- Present private aviation solutions including charter, deposit accounts, and aircraft management
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client travel needs and delivering concierge-level service
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance in Hub Spot CRM
- Represent Jet Right at Nashville-area networking and industry events
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Experience teams
- Share market insights and competitive intelligence with leadership
- 1–3 years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience
- Proven ability to prospect and close new business
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- CRM experience (Hub Spot a plus)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Flexibility is required for weekend work and participation in special projects as needed.
- Consultative or solution-based selling experience
- Experience selling premium or luxury services
- Familiarity with digital marketing or social platforms
