An MPG Street Team Member is a person looking for an opportunity to add an income stream as an addendum to an already established professional life. This person ideally will have a very strong network with deep ties to the community. This person has multiple interactions a day with their network and has abundant opportunities to continue to build their network.
A Street Team Member will be very self‑motivated and self‑managed. These individuals tend to be more outgoing and willing to jump into conversations and value maintaining connections with their network and community. An MPG Street Team Member is able to take systems and scripts and capitalize on those in conversations and interactions they have every day. This person is bold, willing to be out of their comfort zone, and comfortable with receiving many “no’s” in order to get a “yes.”
Will You Do?
These are the standards a well‑above‑average performer will maintain or exceed:
- Engage in conversations with new people every day.
- Engage and be intentional in maintaining relationships and conversations with existing network.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and text follow‑up conversations.
- Input, update, and manage all conversations and prospects in a CRM.
- Work with scripts, systems, and tools to ensure efficiency and communication flow with MPG.
- Set goals and always strive to achieve those goals and continue to grow in your skill set and vision.
- Once a conversation has been had or a connection made with an individual that is considering any real estate move (buy, sell, invest, build, etc.), you will immediately fill out the Street Team Form on the MPG website.
