RJ Young is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound sales opportunities. This role supports our sales team by qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and helping drive revenue growth through excellent customer interaction and follow-up.

What’s The Opportunity?As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in our sales process by engaging with prospects at the earliest stages. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, perform outbound outreach, and ensure qualified leads are delivered to our Account Executives with accurate and thorough information.
What Will You Do?- Answer inbound phone calls, web leads, emails, and live chats.
- Perform outbound calls and emails to qualify potential and existing customers.
- Research and gather detailed information on leads to support the sales team.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with Account Executives to ensure timely lead handoff.
- Cold call prospects to help set appointments for the sales team.
- Confidently use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar inside sales or customer-facing sales role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, professional office environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

EducationPreferred:
