Role Overview
  • The VP, Sales is responsible for leading and scaling Better Billy Bunker’s national sales efforts. This is a senior, externally facing role focused on business development, revenue growth, and sales leadership.
  • We are a nimble, fast-moving company and we pride ourselves on taking individual ownership of key business initiatives. As a member of the sales team, you will be tasked with managing the sales cycle from end-to-end. From identifying new potential projects to educating prospective customers on our products to closing new business. As part of the position, you will also need to form key relationships with golf industry leaders across architects, our Certified Installers, golf course owner/operators, superintendents, and more.
  • Drive new business through industry networking, referrals, conferences, and targeted outreach
  • Represent Better Billy Bunker at trade shows, conferences, and golf industry events
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10 years of sales or business development experience, preferably with exposure to the golf industry or specialty materials
  • Proficiency in golf course agronomy, construction, and architecture
  • Proven ability to understand and sell highly technical products that are high-value, consultative solutions (not transactional products)
  • Experience working with senior decision-makers and managing long sales cycles from start to finish
  • Comfortable with frequent national travel and a hybrid work environment
